What champ level do most of your games end at?

I was looking through my match history, and noticed an interesting trend. This time last year I had a lot of games that lasted until my champs were 18 or close to it. In all my ranked games (as well as many of my normal games) the vast majority end around level 12. There are several champions I love playing, that are late gamers that are not as much fun now that you can't even get that far into the game.

I was curious how far in level other people are getting when your games end.
