Will there be delays in receiving '' Honor capsules '' ?

i got Honor lvl 3 like three days ago while my freind got it same day as me and he got the honor capsule as a reward and i still havent received anything ? is there something wrong or just general riot related issue ?

As far as I know, these are dropping randomly. So we just are unlucky. :/

They come randomly based on honor and play just like the key frag do.
