Oriana needs a W Cd increase

Seriously, all she has to do is spam W on everything and it's "OMG OUTPLAYED" or "Hahaa get gud" (when it really doesn't require skill to press w on your cursor or time it) her CD is so low she has a shield up every few seconds on allies and herself. Her W should be like 6-8 cd because it can be used on herself and her teammates and there's practically no counterplay to her because she harasses so much with that ball.
