Does anyone else see champions and think "This doesnt belong in this game" ?

I swear every time i see a zoe i think "this is a cool character" but i also think "this has 0 business or placement in league of legends" Her entire kit feels a lot like syndra on steroids. Even her w can still moderately chunk the fuck out of me early which really has no business doing so since it's bad enough she's essentially getting free summoners. But then she has a hard cc, and amps her damage when the ccd target is hit with her q. Her q is essentially a nidalee spear that id dare say is easier to hit. Like when i think of league of legends champs. and then i think of zoe the two seem very very different. Because she defies what burst mages are and do. And whenever shes meta no one likes it because her q becomes syndra ultimate fully stacked on a 4 second cooldown.
