The polar extremes of each side are pretty hilarious. There's no one shoe fit all solution though when it comes to your jungler helping your bottom lane. You need to be cognizant of several things such as who your jungler is, who the enemy's jungler is, your bottom lane's composition, the enemy's bot lane composition, the top and mid lane summoner spells, mid lane roaming potential, your team and the enemy's play style, etc...
There are a few things that both sides can do better however in my opinion:
Bot Lane: Realize that right now your are at the bottom of the food chain for the meta. It's going to get better soon but ADCs are currently pretty weak. Keep in mind how you scale, how the enemy scales and who the enemy's jungler is and play accordingly.
Junglers: You are currently the top of the food chain (and yes nerfs will keep coming your way this season). The influence you have on the game is the highest currently then you've ever had before. PLAN FOR MID AND LATE GAME. This does not mean gank bottom lane no matter what but if you're a Lee jungler you better make sure that someone who scales is doing well or you are shooting yourself in the foot. Ganking the full tank Nautilus top is nice and all and will make him stronger but your return on time investment will be a lot lower than ganking the bottom lane Jinx or Vayne.
