and my god those chain screen effects are awesome! I never knew the enemy sees them adding to the fear factor of their impending doom. kudos to rito for adding this effect. He is badass already and this just puts the icing on the cake!

and for those wondering why I didn't find out this sooner:

a) I'm the one normally playing urgot so I didn't know the enemy sees the chains on their screen b) most videos of urgot are from the perspective of urgot, not the victim (including his champ spotlight). c) When I'm not urgot top, I'm normally a tank player so i'm not a priority when it comes to who he ults at.

Riot is really doing a great job with these newly added features for champs. Warwick and the sound that plays if you are hunted work well at inducing fear, too.

I hope to see more stuff like that in the future, it is great getting the feeling of being a true monster on the battlefield.

I mean I like the idea with Warwick, but I've just had to mute it. As a support Warwick, you won't be hearing anything else.

I can kinda agree with the warwick thing...but if they ever want to nerf him they could make the music play only when he's actively FOLLOWING your scent. Honestly that would add an even greater fear factor. "Oh shit...is he just moving around or is this about to get bloody?"

Totally, the first time I heard the new sound effect for Warwick I was freaked out lol. That sound really brought playing against WW to a whole new level. I hope they keep paying attention to the little things like that that really make the game immersive.

Darius? ô.o In my opinion, Urgot is way more special than Darius. His shotgunknee playstyle is extremely fun and come on.... he has shotgunknees! How much more original can you get?

Yeah, it's hilarious. The first day of the Urgot rework, an ally Jinx screamed in all chat. She was like "WHAT THE FUCK? I've never had that happen to me before!"

And I thought she was just referring to the execute pull in, like she hadn't seen the champ spotlight.

Then it hit me for the first time like a week later. I saw the chains and almost fell out of my chair. Holy shit that was amazing.

I still remember first time I saw those chains. It was terrifying, though I didn't die. I was playing Teemo and Urgot died from DoTs before the whole thing finished. ^_^

That said, thanks to this I also found out that the chains stay (or stayed, dunno if it was changed already) WAAAAAY too long after Urgot dies. If it was during teamfight, it would have a pretty serious negative impact.
