Mastery Emote on start/finish

Can we have a way to set up our mastery emotes to flash on game start/finish like the other emotes? Currently we can set up all the 'regular' emotes through the emote tab thing, but our mastery emote, despite being an emote now, isn't amongst the options.

It's my mastery emote I'm most inclined to flash on victory versus some random thing Im not going to spend RP on.
