I've had a lot of times where I'm last pick support and take my top laners masteries. I would like a 10 or 20 second grace period at the start of the game to change (not edit) my master yi's.
I dont think this is game breaking, I dont think it can be abused since anyone can change their masteries before the game launches anyways.
