When is Alpha Client Open Beta beggining?

My friend just got accepted and I am jelly as heck.. I know I didnt get accepted because I was toxic and got banned and then my suspension was lifted. I am so sad right now. Is there any info when open beta will begin? I really hope it will begin after end of season. Can Rioter clarify this? Thanks.
