Lux needs max CDR and either hard mana or mana regen to make up for the fact that her E costs all of the mana. Would buying 2 Morellonomicons be a good way to fix this issue.
(Full build would most likely be like Sorcs, 2x Morellonomicon, Hat, Void, Zhonyas/Lucian's Echo)

if mana is your issue then get an athenes instead of morello and take every blue you can.

Or if u dont wanna deal with the Ionians, a an Athenes + Morellos is a good combo, even though u dont really need ALL dat mana that they give.
