New Ranked system

We need a new ranked system. I shouldnt have to dodge because somebody picks a trollish off meta pick. I shouldnt have to dodge because I dont like the adc that we picked or the bans that my teammates chose. We need a better system where I get the role I want, a ban every game, and a team comp I approve of. A system similar to what team builder was. Where I could pop into a team, see the comp, choose whether I wanted to stay or not. This works well. This is what I propose.

Pick ur role, pick 2 bans, q up, decide if you like the comp, play.

The system would put you with any team that doesnt have the same ban as you. It would use your primary ban but if Q times are high it will switch to your secondary. You will not see the enemy team comp. We are losing counter picks but I feel what we are gaining is so much more. Even if this doesnt replace ranked it could be another system for people that want to play without counter picks.

Since auto fill was implemented troll pick rate is way higher than it ever was. People are auto filled into roles they dont want to play and are troll picking in hopes that somebody dodges. This shit is getting old Riot. Bring back Team Builder for ranked for the people that want to play it.
