lucian in every game, nobody notices that he is broken as fk.
feels like every adc in challenger/master is a lucian main. he is so disgusting to play against right now.

i played a draven against lucian with the new build. had 100% crit blood thirster and static shyv.
Lucain had no sustain whatso ever. I got my first auto off at RFC range and lucian still won the duel. I had more attack speed and more ad. Hes fucking broken. You cant stand behind minions in lane. With half the supports out there, you cant stand outside the minions either. You cant catch him, you cant duel him. He can DPS just fine.
I can see that he is one of those champions that will either be nerfed into the trash or will be overpowered simply because he isnt trash tier. He will never be balanced. His kit is just broken. To a degree, draavens kit is also broken but I think its just his passive thats broken.
Lucian is not broken in the least. Is he good? yes. He's one of the best adc's atm but that cause most of the others are trash tier or or ol;y played jungle now(heres looking at u Graves).Oh and Graves shits all over Lucian SO thats why Lucian is so popular right now relativly safe pick , with little to no counter pick in the bot lane.Personally ii play VArus into him and shit on him but thats just me
