Can you actually address Graves, Riot?

I do not understand you thought giving a ranged character that already has tons of damage, resistances. It makes no sense. He comes out of the jungle with full hp and proceeds to fuck every lane up. Good luck dueling him after he get's Skirmishers. Good luck flashing at 100 hp because I mean it's not like his ult does 1 trillion damage. He's just fucking broken. Top, Jungle, hell even bot. Fix this shit please.

They should remove the armor too. It's not fcking worth it. Instead, let it regen 2 bullets at max rank instead of 1. These resistances are just garbage
