So the ult size now scales with ap, but he no longer laughs when he ults, leaving him still unplayable.

MrButtermancer1 votesMore like 60% of his damage is locked behind extremely comfortable counterplay. He needs something to trade with in lane. The Q change was awful in ways it could never be to Ryze.
