Oracles and Pink Wards

Am I the only one who thinks that oracles and pinkwards almost destroy all champs that rely on a stealth ability? It doesn't seem fair that champs who rely on a stealth ability are punished for it. I understand its part of countering a champ but only stealth champs can be countered for 75 gold.
