Game after game i get my adc kill after kill so they rush storm razor and fall off compared to ghostblade and bork. Read the description its not for marksmen who build crit stop acting like it is.
NekoniClaws2 votesI looked on OP.GG yesterday and stormrazor's strong on punisher ADCs, given the winrate distribution it seems to help them capitalize on their lead, especially combined with 
. (ADCs with stong, poking autos). Lethality isn't something that should happen into tanks, and Bork doesn't work on that kind of ADC.
I don't know your ELO, but low elo tends to be pretty bad at figuring out the playstyles that are alligned with different items.
Astorine1 votesWho is to say it is not the adc's good playing getting them fed? Either way i have seen stormrazor adc's and it has never looked particularly great or useful.

ImGodlyatYasuo1 votesWhen they dont trade and last hit kills that i got the enemies low with my ignite it seems like they didnt deserve the kill and then when i do more damage then them as a tank after spoon feeding them all game long its a sign they shouldnt be in my elo.
Astorine1 votesDoesn't change you are not always paired up with those worse than you, they may not deserve the kill but it is possible to support well and still lose lane due to awful adc's, so they must be doing something above the minimum.

on adc synergy, which can be agreed to be almost non-existant.

TONS of burst off 1 auto, 
crit after crit with the movespeed on top of that and the W no one will escape,

the movespeed helps with the lack of movement speed and isn't bad for those AOE crits, and MAYBE 
could see it working as it gives you the 2 best stats vayne could ask for + crit for just 1 item. I wouldn't build that shit on ezreal or lucian. But really some champs DON'T have that many good rush items! You just don't rush IE anymore, if you rush a zeal item you have no damage, BT rush MAYBE? Champs like Xayah or Draven DON'T need the mana from Essence Reaver. Your really lacking in options at that point. With giving both AD and attack speed, it's stats are just so nice to have in the early game. Maybe late game crit build you could sell it for a GA or something, but it's not that bad of an item
