As someone who played a lot of
back in Season 4 I don't think he needs buffing at all. The goal in Season 5 seems to be hard focusing the Jungle. Riot doesn't have some of hate to Kha'Zix or any other Assassin Junglers this Season as I believe they want different things to be seen in the Jungle which is perfectly understandable. The stronger camps are also perfectly fine with me as it's to add some balance to the buffs.
The problem is that any Jungler who doesn't have a great / godly sustain is going to fall behind early game. I've had this happen a lot with any non-sustain Jungler so far and unless you're able to score a good gank prior to Level 5 or 6, you'll end up falling behind by a decent amount. This is a heavy problem for a lot of non-sustain Junglers, specifically Assassin's in this case (I've heard
has become completely horrible in this season because of this fact) if you attempt to Jungle, your first clear you'll end up with below 30% -ish Health which is very problematic as without a kill, you are basically non-existent until the later portion of the game.
I'm not a professional at this game (Silver IV, started much recently and hoping to increase my rank when Season 5 officially starts) but I hope that they find a balance for Assassin's in the new Jungle. One extra health potion would probably cure the ailment that is hard camps.
