Cinderhulk needs to be freed
Cinderhulk, as it is now, is stuck to junglers.
This more or less forces Tanks to jungle, it's their Infinity edge, their deathcap.
This needs to be added to something else..........warmogs?

Partholonian1 votesA top lane tank has a LOT more gold and exp though. That's why Riot gave Cinderhulk to jungle tanks, so they could actually get a reasonable ability to tank things while on a low budget and 2 levels behind.
CasterGilgamesh1 votestanks need to be free all together let another item give +25% health so that way support tanks can build that or tanks who don't want to get 
and to balance the item don't let the +25% health stack with the just item
