The new champ seems a lot like...

Hecarim.

Idk about you guys but rek'sai is literally Hecarim but better in every way.

First off, their q. For Hecarim, it does a decent amount of damage and is spammed every 3 seconds or so. For rek'sai, it does great damage, increases attack speed which makes up for her skill not being separate from aa's, and it's still on a pretty low cd.

Second, their w. rek'sai has a passive that goes over Hecarim's w completely. Heals more and rek'sai doesn't use mana. Hecarim's w has 1 thing going for it and its aoe damage but it scales with ap and doesn't do any noticeable damage. ( I'll go into more detail about rek'sai and her w doing the E area because it makes more sense there.

Third, their e. Hecarim's E is ok cause it improves his speed and can push back/stun a target. rek'sai however can knock up a target with her w which also gives a speed boost and the knockup is a little better for rek'sai because of the fact that, by the time they get down from the knock'up, they have taken 2 autos from her q.

Last, their ult. Hecarim's ult is really fun and really useful in teamfights which alos provides an escape, a fear, and aoe damage. rek'sai E is just like his ult, minus the fear. On top of her E being almost exactly like his ult, she has an ult that gives global presence. It's a secondary teleport in other words.
