Can aery not proc on subsequent DoT applications?
People like singed and cass and brand... but mostly teemo.
The length of the poison essentially gives them a free second proc of aery which can be huge in laning phase. This can be altered where it only applies on the first application of damage for DoT's so that Morg pool and Nasus circle can still get the proc in while not allowing champions with lingering DoT's to get double damage.
