Chroma Skins unavailable in new team select: bug or intended?

Simply that. I was just playing my first match in the new team select as Tristana, and I noticed when I went to Rocket Girl I wasn't able to do anything with it. There wasn't anything that was letting me change her skin to the appropriate Chroma, because...there simply wasn't anything that was letting me change it. It's like they never existed. It's probably a dumb question, but is Riot going to fix this or was this intended for Season 6? I'm thinking it's the former, because Chromas are still available in-store.

I sure hope so, and they normally do end up fixing important bugs by the next patch anyhow. Still peeves me though.
