Please make Cassieopeia's E also reset to 0.5 seconds if you kill a minion

Or you can not waste your time and play a real champion until they fix the mess they made of her.

Or, you poison the minions first because more stacks, plus the E mana refund helps refund the cost of poisoning them.

Sneak harass in where you can but cass is a farmbot now.

Your poison only grants stacks off of enemy champions, not minions. And yes, Cass is a farm bot, and a very poor one at that in my opinion. I agree with this thread though, It would allow her to do well in lane, but i could see where this could make her a huge bully near end-lane phase as well, and could also remove the need for early game mana items as soon as you hit level 5 E and get max ratio, if you've got a big AP item you can do a ton. Which may just be what cass needs, but thats up to Riot.

No you do not, You get stacks for either killing a minion (maybe neutral monster im not sure) and for poisoning enemy champions. The minions you kill do NOT have to be poisoned.

It does if you play right. Hit the minion with poison before you E for the kill and poof you get your mana and E reset, and also try to hit the enemy champion with the same poison. There is literally no reason you can't do this unless the enemy champion is nowhere in the vicinity of their own minions, in which case they are too far back to CS and you win anyway, or they're far to the side in an easy position to get ganked by your jungler.
