Honestly, let me provide an idea here on how to fix it
The stun/knockback and the extra range towards champs is all well and good, though the hitbox needs trimming and the aiming sometimes goes in the wrong direction (i've hit people completely by accident because it didn't go towards my mouse whatsoever)
I propose that the range on her first hookshot be cut in half. This will reduce her escapability to at least "can't literally run from middle of lane to a wall and then zoom away at mach 10"
Second half could stay the same or get a cut down to 75% of its current range
Leave the AS boost, it's pretty important and gives her pretty much all of her kill potential. Otherwise, give her something somewhere else (the only healthy option would be a damage or slow upgrade to her W because her Q is quite strong right now)
That'd probably shape her down to a strong-but-not-overbearing diver champ with a very squishy early and midgame but not ruin her lategame too hard, while shaping her escapes to at least require her to be somewhat close to a wall to flee.
