unpopular opinion: frusteration needs to be taken into account as much as power

a champion being op isnt even as bad for the game as pure frusteration is, take yasuo as an example do you remember a time where he was op in the meta recently? but he manages to have had a over 100% ban rate at points and is still one of/the most banned champion in the game, why? because his kit is toxic to the game zoe shot up to one of the most abnned until she got gutted, why? because her kit is toxic to the game its one of the main reasons for the yorick rework, his kit was antifun, i dont know about you but champions need to be held to a certain standard of quality from the other teams perspective aswell as the person playing them and now its gotten to where theyre stuck, they cant give yasuo the rework he needs because of his playerbase same thing happened with lee sin back in the day, zoe already needs a decently scaled rework and leblanc is back into that catagory, thing is only one of these champs is even meta a champion shouldnt be released if its complete hell to play against even when your winning
