I've made myself rusty by playing too many champs

I'm pretty much a fill main at this point, I want to keep being good at shaco for ex, but I find so many champs fun! and I usually play whoever I'm in the mood for at the time. I've played for about 2 years and almost no ranked, I used to stick to support/jg but now I'm all over the place, and looking at my match history... to say the least it isn't the greatest sight. I remember back when I was really good at shaco or fiora(practically one tricking them) but now I feel so rusty, I even feel a bit rusty on braum! any tips?

I'm a jack of all trades kind of guy too, I used to main Udyr jungle and Darius top, but I got super rusty with them because I wanna play Kayn. .

Well theres a reason people tend to advocate one tricking (or two or three, but not many more) for climbing.

If you're having fun playing whatever, and are just doing normals anyway, then just carry on with that.

If you want to turn to ranked, it's probably wise to buckle down and spam the same champ a bit to get the rust off and/or really learn it.

Being a master of everything without rust is pretty impractical with 100+ champs and patches every other week which can potentially change how match ups feel on top of the direct changes, so striving for that isn't realistic.

I'm very much a janna main (and have been for a couple seasons, I don't like this obligatory ardent rush business), but with my ranked goals met, I've been playing a lot of ARAM and messing about with not-janna in normals. I went back to her today for the reliable win with 15+ kills/assists mission, and while I did well, I could certainly feel the rust where I made mistakes I wouldn't normally.
