Veigars abilities all scale better than ahris, His stun is a 2.5 second cage stun that lasts, His ult scales INSANELY well, He can build full crit and still one shot people later on, He can press Q-R and you still die, He can build tank and just become a final raid boss and NEVER die, He can build hextech gunblade and just heal more than lifesteal yasuo late game, he Is actually free elo if you know basic game mechanics, As for move speed, JUST BUILD MOVESPEED or get runes for movespeed if you want, then still go win :D

AND on top of all this amazement, He get infinite ap which is beyond easy to stack with

As an Ahri main, I'm going to point out that Veigar is pretty shitty at the things Ahri is good at.

Ahri is far more mobile. This doesn't just mean it's easier to dodge things (lmfao gl dodging anything as a Veigar), it means she has a very easy time reaching the backline and popping squishies, it means she can get out of a losing fight easier and clean up way faster, it means her roaming is several tiers better than Veigar's possibly can be. Her single-target damage without R is far higher because of her E (unless Veigar is pushing absurd levels of AP, obviously), and she's actually much better against tanks than Veigar is because of her Q.

Speaking of her Q, the heal is actually great at all stages, the MS is godly for getting your combo off then getting away, and it's far better AoE than Veigar's abilities, making it way easier to apply things like GW to multiple targets (and making it even harder for a frontline to stop you from doing damage to their backline).

Overall, sure, damage is lower than Veigar's, but you're also far more mobile and have much faster damage. You can react to someone jumping out at you way better.

She has better aoe, better singletargetdnuke, about even stun, higher range, can move while walking, knockback, easier time hitting her abilities, scuttle control, insane pick of potentional due to Q>E / E>Q combos

I think the cage is broken, and infinite scaling is stupid. I think it's ok to have champions that scale, but not infinitely. The rest of his kit is fine.
