Why does it feel like she is a unstoppable demi god and why has this been allowed to continue

Note: im under the impression she shouldnt be but i still feel like she is

I dont know, i was full health with riven shield and she half healthed me with just Q and W. I could not burst her because of her shield and she would just ult anyways. i think out of the past several times i played against orianna ive only won one or two. And no its not a "git gud" or "learn to counter" problem here. But its a problem when she wins against mid lane 100% of the games and snowballs out of control, on my team or enemy team.

Well for her to do that much dmg she has to be fed so it's your midlane/jgls fault for not working together.
