If you are bad at your role, don't sign up for it
Stop taking ADC just cause you see a vayne montage, or go mid because you saw a zed montage. Either get good at the role first, then play it in ranked, or play the role that you CAN play.

LateCustomer1 votesTo be fair, the person you think is bad might simply have been outclassed by his opponent (been on the giving and the receiving end of that countless times), or it might be their secondary role, in which case they should play as safe as possible and help the team carry them.
If you see a team mate that's weaker than their opponent, the best thing you can do is try to encourage them and/or go in there and help them. For all you know, they're decent enough at their lane and they're just getting outclassed by someone who's even better, or they have a terrible match up.
