Suggested Hecarim buffs

So I'm drawing ideas from Voluc from Dawngate for this one. Voluc was, as he'd be described here, a hybrid damage dealing immobile drain tank with weak CC. He was one of the most feared junglers in the game because if he caught you in his slow, you were almost certainly done for, as well as his sheer AoE on everything for insane jungle clears.

To Hecarim now. Removing the damage reduction on his Q would be a stat, but lets get into some interesting things, hmm?

I had the idea of Hec's E being a toggle. He gains ramped up movespeed, like his current level, but it stays on. However it drains mana like a mini Swain ult. He can still body people, but it acts like Udyr's Bear Stance stun. Body one person, can't do it until that little circle times out.

Here's a couple new ideas.

Hec's Q having a bit more to it. As of now it's a spammed damage spell to clear kind of meh. That damage reduction really hurts his early game... Anyway, I had two executions of the same idea for it.

Either...

  • Make his Q have a higher cooldown, like 7 or 8 seconds, but it gives a surge of attack and movespeed that scales with its level and the amount of things hit. The CD is also lowered by 1 second (Halved for monsters), whenever Hecarim autoattacks a champion. The buff does not stack with another application of it

Or

  • Keep his Q the same, but it can stack further. After 2 stacks, Hecarim no longer gains the CD decrease, but over like 5 or 6 stacks, he gains scaling attack and movespeed.

Thoughts?
