Can we get rid of that Pick lock in already?

I suggest: 5 seconds without the abillity to lock. Then, you can click on a selected champ by your team. But, neather of you can lock until there is only one. It may be a bit radical. But it might work if the people START to talk instead of scream. It can be used as another mesure against toxic players.

I'm guessing he wants the old style of it locking your champ automatically as long as you selected it, instead of it kicking you and giving you a dodge when the timer runs out.
