Some of them are semi team reliant since they need the game to go on for a bit for them to get the ball going, but once your team starts grouping you can start chunking multiple enemies and become a relatively decent solo carry.
One of the best ways to solo carry a game is to have very good waveclear for those moments where you have a troll on your team who runs it down despite your team pinging danger, most of the champions ive listed have very good waveclear, being the best at doing it safely.
