That Fervor "buff" lol

That is without a doubt . . . the most useless buff I've ever possibly seen. 2 seconds added to its duration? How is that in any way going to help Fervor? If you pick Fervor, you typically just stay in the fight until you die, or they die. The mastery itself would function just fine even on a 4 second timer and mega gutting Warriors Bloodlust is just going to make it never picked over Fervor, so that's not even balancing that's just silly power rotation.

What a waste of a patch that could have had so much potential.
