New Reksai is garbage.
IT's so bad that Lulu can press W on their ADC and it'll give them enough MS to dodge your ultimate.
100 second cool down for an ability that a subtle MS buff can make completely useless. LOL okay.

Its 60 seconds at lvl3, and less than 40 with CDR.
I agree however, that the ability is too easy to dodge right now, however, if you KNOW that there is a Lulu, use the ability AFTER she used Whimsy.
The problem is it's a targeted ability, giving the Rek'Sai player no opportunity to outplay because it's a POINT AND CLICK ABILITY.
It'd be understandable if it was a long range skill shot, but I have no control over my ability hitting at this point.
do you not know how to attack by surprise? her screech isn't in an aoe. its map wide as far as i know....so what are you gonna do? spam your MS every-time you hear it and hope its not you? ..just like you shit your britches every-time nocturne hits his ult. you gonna haul ass every-time reksai makes a sound strike from the shadows. the bushes....attack when they least expect it...shes an assassin now after all..
