Solution To Everyone Taking Flash

"solution" don't try to fix something that isn't a problem

if you make flash a boot enchant, then you'd have to make more than just 1 boot enchant but no one is gonna use any of the other boot enchants casuse flash op and we'll be right back where we started

So pretty much, you'll be able to take 3 summoner spells as long as you have an extra 1500 gold, which isn't that much. Flash ignite teleport op. Flash smite ignite op. Flash heal exhaust op. etc etc etc op.

This is not a solution AT ALL. All this does is mean that snowballers and the winning team get extra mobility that you can't afford, nevermind the fact that supports would be up shit creek without a paddle because they can barely afford their core items, let alone a 1500 flash upgrade. So no. Just no.

There can't be a solution to something that's not a problem.

As much as i hate Flash, and how badly it warps the game, it remains as the center piece of how many champions are balanced. You can not remove Flash without introducing massive changes to the game.
