Support Different Masteries on Different Maps

Twisted Treeline and Howling Abyss should get their own set of masteries. Some of the masteries are either much stronger or make no sense on non SR maps.

  • Explorer's power is reduced when there is no river.
  • Tough skin makes little sense when there's no jungle and laning doesn't exist in the conventional sense.
  • Legendary Guardian's best case is reduced when team size is less than 5.
  • Strength of the Ages takes significantly longer to stack up when there are no jungle monsters or when game lengths are shorter.
  • Runic Affinity is 100% useless on Howling Abyss.
  • All level-scaling masteries are stronger when level pacing is faster while all flat masteries are weaker.

You get the point. It'd be nice to have masteries that are tailored specifically to the map being played on.

Yeah and one for dominion.

Oh wait...

Although it'd certainly be a nice change to have non-SR masteries, Riot hasn't done that despite, what, four mastery revamps? But wait, now they can use all the resources they've saved by deleting Dominion to balance the remaining alternate maps. /s

At least there's only one potentially useless mastery now compared to five from before. Maybe after a few more years Riot will finally make all masteries usable on every map by deleting every map besides SR.

By the way, you forgot Bounty Hunter. Similar situation as Legendary Guardian.
