I can't recall the last time I saw a zac, so probably not great.

here's an idea to make him more viable/appealing again, make that his passive's cooldown diminish by say .25 sec whenever he catches a blob because what really hurts him right now is his lack of passive when he needs it as it has a cooldown of 300 sec. i mean even aatrox got its pasive cd lower whit level
