I decided to make a one trick smurf and get this before you even get BE you have to get to level 8 legit my first match and blind pick was just loaded with smurfs i wasnt even doing good with my other matches because I was messing around just pushing then I play again more smurfs, Then guess what you cant change runes or EVEN SUMMONER SPELLS like wthalso look at the tutorial what a meme

The smurfs do cause an issue, however, the runes stuff is to make it so that a new player is not instantly overloaded by 5 pages, 1 main page and 1 sub page.... 3 keystones, and 3 sets of 3 sub runes. This is (if i remember the way to do the math correctly) about 2,160 different combinations (seems a bit big so chances are i did something wonky, but you get the point).
When you first started did YOU want to deal with that before you got the basics of each tree down?
