@Meddler/any Rioter, Can we get some context on Syndra's true damage on the PBE?

Syndra Transcendent (Passive) Dark Sphere now deals 15% bonus TRUE damage to champions instead just increasing damage to champions by 15% Scatter the Weak width increased up to 100% from 50%

I'm only asking because this seems super out of nowhere. We knew that you guys were going to give a little love to Syndra, but giving her true damage, seems....odd?

Not to mention you also buffed her E width increase from her passive.

Seems a bit much to do at the same time.

Now I understand this is PBE so it can change, but I just kinda want to know the thinking behind it, I'm not complaining, just wondering.

I really have to ask, does the E width increase really do that much (I don't play much Syndra, shes fun; played her a few times but never really got into her)?

To my understanding it just increases the size of the cone for hitting Dark Spheres.

I believe it means she can now potentially stun more people than she could before, from more angles.

It's situational, but she can now also push people away from her as well from wider angles.

At least that's what I get from the buff.
