Can we get a report option for people that play while wasted?

I'm really tired of having people join a game a be like, "Guys sorry if I feed I'm totally drunk." I really don't care if it's ranked queue or not. You wouldn't show up to play any other game drinking unless you're playing with friends, so why would you think it's okay to do it in LoL? I just had yet another totally intoxicated person in my match justify his god awful play by saying drinking and playing LoL is fun. FYI, just like anywhere else it's fun for the person that's drunk, not anyone else.

Only if it was ranked,
and they actually are the reason you lose

in all other cases: if they are underage it should be reported to local police

otherwise youre saying it should be punishable to enjoy a few drinks and a game

Yes. I am saying it should be punishable to drink and play a multiplayer game. I have zero problem with it if you're with all friends or haven't had much to drink, but if you're clearly intoxicated to the point of uselessness then you shouldn't be playing with other people.

There is not, nor should there be, anything you can realistically do about this in normals.

But I'm all for 24 hour game bans for drunken ranked play.

i don't see why ranked and normal should be treated differently punishment-wise
