Why is teemo permabanned in this game mode but picks like OFA brand can still exist? I just want to know the reasoning why. Teemo is not as strong as he used to be in this current season :/ He's annoying, but not nearly as good in one for all as before.
Because a lot of people are too lazy to get a 
and brand is a lesser known champion that uses mainly skillshots for damage.

Is allowed, Teemo is HARDLY toxic enough to justify a perma ban. Ban Illaoi and Gnar too since they synergize incredibly hard with themselves, seriously, Gnar's can proc their max health damage off of each other, but the minefield you can sweep away is too broken?
This is why I have yet to play this mode since like the 3rd time I came out. Until they undo this I wont play it. Are people that lazy to get a item that truly make his ulti useless!? yes.. yes they are..
Even in Poro King. people just straight out refuse to buy a 
Even when I tell them to get one.. None never did.. after I kept telling them to buy it more than 3 times.. I lost like 5 games because of this.. & yeah I always the one to get it.
Riot... stop putting me with people this dense please... It's because of people like this.. This is the reason why Teemo Shroom damage is so bad among other things wrong with him.
Just wait til you play against 5 Zilean with max cdr...
Now imagine a map with 5 40% cdr teemos and 100 mushrooms
Yesterday I played

. The game was something like 0/10 in 5 minutes and they opened mid.
Teemo's ult has already been limited in URF (only 20 shrooms on the map at all times) while his shroom duration timers even have been reduced down to 5 minutes since last year in regular game modes while oracles can even disarm his shrooms as well completely.
Champs like Heimer, Zilean, Zyra, etc are much more anti-fun in this mode than Teemo really when it comes to One for All at this point of time. Brand's new ult pretty much just screams team fights and 5 Brands altogether is a nightmare.

Teemo and Karthus are always banned by Riot, because people are too lazy to get sweeping lense, and refuse to just buy a spectral cowl
Meanwhile 
The strange thing is, I couldn't pick him whenever I went to play one for all.. Then we made a 5 premade group and suddenly Teemo was there between the champs!!! So if you're premade 5, you can play with him, there's no permaban, but I don't know why Riot did this, unlogical...
