How Should I Build Evelynn?

I've got her items figured out but what about the new runes? I'm a fan of Domination with a side of Sorcery but i could see some Domination Inspiration for a bit more flexibility.

Best option is to pick someone else, shes gonna remain weak as her best keystone was gutted

There are Diamond Kindred players in Korea. I think i can play Evelynn in Draft on NA my dude.

Kindred still has a workable kit being as she isnt locked into 1 thing, evelynn is forced into only being an assassin, her base ratios are shit, her scalings are mediocre, and she has next to zero mobility, if you wanna play an assassin jungler kha zix is just better...hell even rengar feels more viable as a pure assassin then eve, even assassin shaco would win you more (FYI using an ADC jungler in an ADC meta as an example doesnt mean much, since tank adcs are the meta next patch anyways)

Okay. Great. I'm playing draft and blind. The quality of the champ is irrelevant. Say it with me now: Teemo top, Yasuo mid, Gragas adc, caitlynn solo bot, support Zed, i've lost games to a duo top and no jungler because they just fed their Nasus and crushed our Bot lane. The tier a champ falls in doesn't matter until later ranks in ranked. I don't care if she's bad. She just came out, most people don't even fully understand her yet and Riot is buffing her so all this talk about her lack of viability is irrelevant to me.

Shes getting some pretty big buffs here soon, as shes struggling in all elos atm, shes an immobile ap assassin that relies on landing a telegraphed stun, and her burst is actually very low

That movement speed boot one seems good for her, lets her exploit her stealth roaming to the fullest potential.

Love playing Eve. I use the thunderlord keystone with ap runes because it destroys adcs. But AP build is best. Treat her as an assassin, something Talon or Zed. I max Q > W > E. I keep her ult for two reasons.

I wait to see if I can burst them down hard enough at the 30% mark.
If they hit me too hard or if I get cc'd (which is her greatest weakness) I ult out.

The reason Predator is the best is because, currently when i play evelynn i want to go around the map, place wards and make sure that if i see someone i can get to them and Assassinate them, with Celerity+Zombie ward that makes this playstyle even better. Finally the 15% CDR on your ultimate is amazing for her. Alternatively instead of Relentless hunter you can take Ravenous Hunter.

Alternatively you can take this page against tankier teams where Assassination is hard and picks are less frequent.

This one is good against tankier teams because you'll still get your extra damage but you'll be able to chase more often, i'd take this page against teams that are basically a counter to you. Instead of Water Walking you can also take Gathering Storm, infact i'd take Gathering storm if the enemy has a Hyper Carry(the game will very likely go past 40 minutes).

In general though the first page is the best one.

I dunno. I really want to test the new runes out myself.

I like to think Sorcery with Inspiration on the side is a nice combo if you get the Hextech Flashtraption.

Crossing walls as a get away to avoid a control ward? That is some stealthy business right there.

I would take inspiration with everything if i could. It just has so many quality of life boosts.
