Elise's win rate is insanely high
and people are asking for buffs? The fuck? If anything she needs at least a love tap or two to bring her win rate down to something reasonable.

Elise: Was severly underplayed and nerfed for awhile ---> people forgot her as her playerbase dropped --> She recives buffs ---> becomes seemingly OP
People easily forget that she hasnt been played alot prior to the buff and therfore she might still be winning because of this, not to mention she is an earlygame playmaker and the early game often decides game in soloq unless people just yolo to 40 minutes and loose a teamfight.
Interesting how there can be like 10 threads complaining about it and they're all fueled by a total of 3 people on the entire forum.
The big change is that you can now leave E at one point, allowing you to max W second. This significantly increases Elise's mid-game damage without forcing her to sacrifice utility (i.e. stun duration).
In addition, Elise provides quite a bit of early pressure, which can allow her to snowball her team. Considering how popular certain Devourer junglers are, in many cases she can freely snowball the game without having to worry overly-much about being counterganked or counterjungled.
Her win rate will probably go down once people remember how to play against her or start picking early-pressure/ganking junglers again.
The buffs she got were insanely small. Just a minor stun increase and extremely minor ratio increase, and it shot her up 10%. A lovetap would send her back to trash tier unplayable.
45% is a real fuckton, ain't it?
Give it a bit, most people probably forgot what her Q does and aren't judging her appropriately in engagements.
I feel like the buff wasn't that huge but was enough to make her competitive again, thus awakening the old Elise mains who are now stomping you with a champion you forgot how to deal with.
Nobody is asking for buffs?
