Invited my gf to a normal game, put us in a ranked solo duo game

Her account was unranked, this account (now plat 1 from a demotion) was diamond 4. The highest elo her account has ever been was silver. How is this even possible? Under no circumstances should our accounts be allowed to be in a ranked game together.

At least my ranked border is fixed now, it was showing gold earlier.

One additional screenshot that I just took. Tried to make a ranked lobby just to see if I could've accidentally somehow bypassed the ranked restriction, but it doesn't let us.

Contacted Riot support and they basically just said sorry and that I can play more ranked to get back up. They can't remove the game off my history or restore my LP.
