Lucian

Ok is Lucian going to get anything changed to make him stronger in the AD role? He has been the worst adc bot lane for months and for the second straight year is going into season as the worst bot lane adc. Its clear he is weak and it is not just because of the meta. The meta changed a couple times and he was still worst. You took a slow buff approach to him last season then made Blade of the ruined king overtuned. But its clear it isn't the meta and he is only viable when items are overpowered or a runes are overpowered. The champion itself is weak. Is he going to get any buff or any change at all? Or is it going to be mid season before he is eventually reworked.
