It's not a huge list, but in fairness Grounded seems like quite a powerful debuff.

Just dashes and blinks, things like that. Movement speed abilities are not affected by the grounded debuff, at least of right now. It's possible it might change in the future, but that's very unlikely.

I mean, the CC on those skills is already really high and adding Grounded to that means there isn' even a flash counterplay to them at all. Flash may be a heavy price to pay for getting out of those skills, but it's the only real counterplay aside from something like a yi ult. olaf raging out or a blask shield from morg.
HOWEVER, Jinx grenades sound like they'd suit this.
