As in Wit's, Rage, and tanking it up?
How does Riot feel about TanKoggy? What are the chances of actually supporting that build since anything that benefits the Juggermaw team comp typically benefits TanKoggy more?

Juggernaut Kog, rather. I would use 'Juggermaw' to describe him, but that term is already applied to glass cannon Kog with a full support/tank team backing him up. TanKog consists of Wit's End, Rageblade, and a pile of situational tank items as the game demands. Considering how high Kog's base damage values are (and they're going to get higher next patch) he pulls it off decently.
