Ghosting Through Walls

Change: While ghost is active you can go through a wall, similar to Kayn. Limitations: Once you enter the wall you lose your speed buff. Once you exit a wall your ghost buff goes away entirely and you cannot go into another wall or the one you just left. This would buff Ghost in a way that more champions would be tempted to take it without making it a must take over ignite/exhaust/teleport.
