Picks and bans take forever, and when you add in all the dodgers it can take 15 minutes to get into a game. If you let all bans take place at once you would significantly cut down on the time it takes. In addition, I would not boot people for not banning someone. If they fail to ban a champ then less champs get banned, and that is fine. Let's speed the queues up.
Then you get people playing chicken because if your opponent bans someone you really want to ban, you can ban someone else.
For pro circuit they can have the normal slow pick ban.
Personally I'd like "Prior"to Champ select.
Intent pick& intent Ban.
And should your intent Ban hit one of your teammates intent pick. Then you have to repick the ban.
after 20 sec all intent bans lock in then picks start
So basically like a 'Blind Ban' sorta setup?
Let someone re-ban if someone else bans their ban?
