Will The Youmoos/Duskblade build still be strong on Jhin after the rework?

Since the attack speed will be removed from the youmoos active he won't get any bonus AD and just some movement speed which he could get from doing a crit build. And the new duskblade just doesn't seem great on him overall. So what do you guys think?

I believe the more crit-oriented build might end up being stronger after the changes, but I'm not sure.
