junglers dont win lane for you, the take advantage of them to put themself ahead ( unless you're maokai/amumu/support junglers )

you should at the least go even or just slightly behind if you're having trouble.

if you're getting ganked alot then its the jungler job to either A force a metric shiton of pressure on a nother lane or b counter gank
